What’s involved
We work from your approved plans and building control requirements, starting with site clearance, groundwork and foundations.
From there we build the structure — brickwork, blockwork, floors and roof — get it watertight, then bring in first and second fix for electrics, plumbing and heating.
We finish with plastering, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms and decoration, then a proper snag and clean before handover, so you move into a home that's genuinely finished.

Do you work from my architect's plans?
Yes — we build to your approved drawings and building regs. If you're earlier in the process, we can point you toward good local architects and engineers too.
Can you manage the whole build for me?
That's exactly what we do as main contractor — all trades, all stages, one point of contact in Andy, so you're not juggling a dozen different people.
How do payments usually work on a new build?
Typically in agreed stages tied to progress, so you're paying for work as it's completed. We'll set this out clearly in the quote before anything starts.
