What's involved

We start by understanding what you want the new space to do, and work to your architect's plans (or help you get plans drawn up if you haven't yet).

From there we handle the foundations and groundwork, build the structure in brick and block, fit the roof, and make it watertight. Then it's windows, doors, plastering, electrics and plumbing as needed, through to the final decorative finish.

Throughout, we keep the site tidy, keep you updated, and make sure the structural side — including any steel beams where we open through to your existing home — is properly calculated and signed off under building regs.
