A dormer is the clever bit that turns a cramped loft into a proper room — pushing out from the roof slope to add headroom, floor space and a full-size window. They're a key part of most good loft conversions, and we build them so they look like they belong, not bolted on.

What’s involved
We design the dormer to suit your roof and the room you want, then form the opening and build out the structure.
We make it weather-tight with the right roofing, cladding or tiling and a properly-sized window, and insulate it to current standards so the new space is warm.
Inside, it's plasterboarded and finished ready for decoration, blending seamlessly with the rest of the loft room.
